The Boland Coffee Co Story Hi, I’m Lindie-lee — a wife, a proud mom of two wonderful daughters, and a lifelong coffee enthusiast.
My journey with coffee began in my early 30s, running a small coffee shop along the beautiful Garden Route. After moving to the city, I embraced the full-time role of being a mom. But when 2020 changed the world, it also rekindled my passion for coffee. With limited access to shops, I began sourcing the best green beans and roasting them right at home — in my oven.
Two years ago, our family moved to Wellington in the heart of the Boland. Surrounded by vineyards and mountain air, I decided to turn my passion into something more — and so, Boland Coffee Co. was born.
Our coffee is for the home barista who takes pride in their brew, the stay-at-home mom who deserves a quiet moment with a perfect cup, and the professional working from home who requires consistency to fuel the day.
Boland Coffee Co. takes away the frustration of driving from shop to shop in search of the best beans at a fair price. Instead, we deliver freshly roasted coffee straight to your door or nearest pick-up point. We’ll also take care of your machine, whether that means servicing it in your home or collecting it, cleaning it, and returning it ready to go.
Our commitment to single origin coffee means each of our batches of beans is traceable back to its source, carrying the unique flavour and character of the soil and climate where it grew. Most of our beans come from Brazil and Africa, sourced through suppliers who know the farmers personally. This ensures quality and transparency from farm to cup.
